Specialized/Commercial Exterior

• Oil primers will be used where needed, for example; cigarette smoke stained ceilings, bare wood, water stains, etc.
• Gutters will be cleaned
• Loose boards, clapboards, and shingles will be secured
• Shrubbery, grass and walkways will be covered and protected
• Exterior lights will be removed and, upon request, temporary lights put up until job is finished
• Mildew and dirt will be removed
• Shutters will be removed and remounted
• Down spouts will be removed and remounted when ever possible
• Daily clean up and trash removal
• Ladders will be taken down daily and neatly stacked out of the way for safety
• When painting doors and windows we include the exterior portion of the window sill, in between the window and storm window, thresholds and bulkheads
